Annual General Meetings

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be called by the Club Captain and shall be held at the end of the Spring Term. BUVC members and all interested parties shall be given one month prior notice of the AGM date. The following business will be conducted at the AGM:
- the Club Committee will present a report on the Club's activities
- present a statement of the Club's audited accounts
- present nominations for Committee positions
- election of officers for the next academic year
- report from the team coaches
- presentation of the Club's player awards
All members of BUVC have the right to vote at the AGM. The quorum for AGM's will be 30 per cent of BUVC's current membership.
