Complaints

Any BUVC member is entitled to register a complaint on the following:

  • the safety of Club activities
  • poor standards of instruction and leadership
  • sub-standard or lack of equipment used for Club activities
  • poor Club administration
  • the lack of suitable activities for their level of participation
  • any other aspect where the Club may be deemed to be failing its membership

All complaints should be made in writing to the appropriate Team Captain or to the Club Captain. Upon receiving the written complaint the issues shall be dealt with at the next scheduled meeting of the Club committee. The decision reached or action proposed by the Committee regarding the complaint will be send in writing to the individual that made the complaint within one week of the meeting.
