We are delighted to announce that City of Wolverhampton and University of Birmingham Volleyball Club have agreed to merge and develop volleyball in their respective cities together and ensure Division One volleyball for aspiring local young players for the future. The team will play as USB-Wolverhampton during the 2008-2009, and the club committee extend a warm welcome the Wolverhampton players.
The Urban Beach Tour is an event which helps to showcase the sport of Beach Volleyball by building beaches in City Centre spaces and organising a three day festival of the sport including competition and coaching. From the 15th-17th August the tour will be in Birmingham's Centenary Square.

The West Midlands Regional Grass tournament is being hosted by Tamworth Volleyball Club on the 6th September 2008. Details can be found on their site: http://www.tamworth-volleyball.com/.
