Men's NVL Firsts Vs. Nottingham Rockets

After arriving to watch the end of Warwick versus Nottingham, we knew that they wouldn't be as much a push over as we thought.
Nottingham were a tall side with some powerful hitters. The first set started badly, with the University team hitting their first 5 serves into the net. However, once we got over this minor blip, we picked up our game and the points started coming. Big hitting from Sasha and Grant, accompanied by good hits and blocks from our two middles, gave the first set to Birmingham. The next two sets went the University's way with a good game played by all the team despite Nottingham testing us all the way.
