Joe is the newest member of the club's coaching staff having come through the club's coach development programme and completing his Volleyball England Level Two certificate in the summer.
Joe has played volleyball in both Hong Kong and the UK and regional level and this year will coach the men's regional team under the supervision on the club's coach development officer.
