Recreational Volleyball Sessions

The Club runs two weekly recreational sessions that caters for members of all ability levels through most of the year.
On Tuesday evenings we have the 'Come & Play' session at King Edward's Boys School. This is a two hour session of nothing other than small sided (3v3 and 4v4) games over a mixed height net and played on smaller courts. There is a coach present for advice or technical coaching if required.
On Thursday evenings we have a more structured recreational session at the Munrow that includes drills to improve technique and understanding of the game but mixed in with small games of 3v3, 4v4 and sometimes 6v6.
Both of these sessions are mixed gender and include players from beginner to advanced level, it is a great way to learn the game, have fun and play a little bit of sport in a non-competitive environment.
